03 / Transportation

Roll in as one

The goal is simple: gather in Ellensburg, make the drive together, and enter The Gorge as one caravan so our eight campsites can land together.

Caravan rendezvous

Friday · 9:00 AM

Conoco / ONE9 Travel Stop
2300 S Canyon Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926

It is roughly a 90-minute drive from Seattle under typical conditions. Please arrive fueled, stocked, bathroom-break complete, and ready to leave as a group.

Caravan checklist

  • Be at the travel stop before 9:00 AM. Departure happens when the crew is ready.
  • Use WhatsApp for live location updates, delays, and final roll-out confirmation.
  • Once the caravan leaves, stay with the group through campground entry whenever safely possible.
  • Confirm passengers, camping pass, ticket, ID, fuel, food, water, and shared camp gear before departing.
  • Drive rested and sober; safety beats schedule every time.

Johnathan Yelenick will be arriving separately on Saturday to join the camp.

Each campsite is approximately 15 ft wide × 25 ft long. Eight sites provide an estimated total footprint of 3,000 sq ft. Vehicles, tents, and shared camp pieces will be adapted to the actual assigned configuration at arrival.

04 / Camp life

Site 4: The Hang Zone

This is our ideal straight-line camp concept. At arrival, we’ll adapt the exact orientation to the spots assigned—but Site 4 remains the communal heart of the whole crew.

Shared camp life

  • Eight approximately 15 ft × 25 ft spaces: about 3,000 sq ft collectively.
  • Site 4 is dedicated to our shared Hang Zone—no car, all community.
  • Two 13 × 13 ft canopies create shade for the kitchen and lounge.
  • A camp table and propane Blackstone anchor cooking and food prep, with cooler storage underneath.
  • Make room for lounging, dancing, flowing, kandi making, naps, stories, and catching our breath.
  • JBL PartyBox and string lights supply the soundtrack and glow—while respecting campground rules and neighbors.
  • Everyone helps reset, clean, and keep the site beautiful all weekend.

Wellness · Saturday

  • Chakra-balancing yoga flow with Adriana Lee
  • Meditation for connection with Jay Jones
  • Shuffle flash mob with Jolie Anastasia

Wellness · Sunday

  • Anjuna:Chilled 01 headphone listening session
  • Detox Flow with A&B’s tour manager Fitzjoy
  • Flow State with Paavo Siljamäki & Elena Brower

After-hours

  • Friday: QTS with Farius, Jaytech, DRBL b2b Schrader
  • Saturday: Gabriel & Dresden present Stories We Tell
  • Sunday: Anjunadeep House Classics

05 / Packing recommendations

Pack for the magic

The Gorge can mean bright, dry sun by day and surprisingly chilly desert air after dark. If you’re flying in, coordinate bulky shared items with your car crew or a local before you travel.

Sleep + shelter

  • Tent, rainfly, ground tarp, stakes, and a mallet—if you need personal shelter
  • Sleeping bag rated for cool nights, plus an extra blanket or warm liner
  • Sleeping pad, air mattress, or cot; pump and repair patch if needed
  • Pillow, eye mask, earplugs, and a small fan if heat affects sleep
  • Headlamp or lantern for late-night tent missions

Gorge-ready essentials

  • Lightweight daytime layers plus a warm hoodie, jacket, pants, and cozy socks for nighttime
  • Comfortable festival shoes and camp sandals; bring a backup pair if possible
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, lip balm, aloe, and bug spray
  • Refillable water bottle or hydration pack; electrolyte packets are a serious win
  • Portable battery, charging cables, toiletries, medications, and a basic first-aid kit

Local / camp-vibe extras

  • Camping chairs, inflatable loungers, blankets, or a small outdoor rug
  • Battery-powered lights, string lights, clips, and spare batteries
  • Shared food, snacks, coffee, cooler ice, reusable dishes, and a water jug
  • Kandi supplies, flow props, games, camp décor, flags, and good conversation
  • Trash bags, wipes, paper towels, and anything that helps leave camp better than we found it

Quick rule of thumb: Pack what you need to be comfortable independently, then check WhatsApp before bringing large shared items. The venue’s current policies should always win—review the official ABGT/Gorge “Know Before You Go” guidance right before departure. Keep venue bags within the stated size limits, and remember that quiet time is enforced from 2:00 AM–8:00 AM.

06 / Food + drink requests

Fuel the adventure

A little camp coordination goes a long way. Whether you’re shopping locally or traveling light, this is where we make sure everyone is fed, hydrated, and ready to dance.

Local crew

Bring the food, snacks, and drinks you’ll want for yourself—plus any shareable treats you feel like contributing to the camp.

We’ll have at camp

Coolers, water, cups, coffee, a Blackstone griddle with propane, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, paper towels, and trash bags.

Traveling crew

Add your food, snack, and drink requests to the shared list. The local crew will shop for requests and bring them in with the caravan so you can arrive lighter.
